The challenge
A side entry to a red brick home needed steps and a landing that were safe, drained properly and sat comfortably against the existing brick and basement window.
Work completed
- 01Prepared the base and formed a new landing alongside the foundation wall.
- 02Built masonry-faced stairs to suit the existing door and handrail.
- 03Finished the landing in pavers, with the work area marked off while it cured.
